Memory is history

I have been told many extraordinary experiences in my life. From very ordinary people. In doing so, I have experienced the telling of personal stories as a primal human ability to create contact. I am convinced that sharing these memories from all over the world binds us together.

The idea

I send a couple of mics on a journey around the planet. They get passed from person to person. Maybe to a neighbor, maybe to a friend who lives on another continent. Each person who receives a mic meets with me online and tells a short episode from their life that made a difference. These stories will be recorded and published as a podcast.

What is going on

There is a website for the project and the microphones are on the road. There have already been many great encounters and many stories have been recorded. The first podcast with all stories in all languages started in September 2022 and every Sunday there is a new episode.
